This was a match between some of the most experienced teams, and players, in the league. The teams had a combined team value of 4.480.000 Gold Pieces! The difference was 60.000, and Heimlich wisely hired an extra Apo for the game.
The rats won the coin toss, and chose to receive. They even got a Quick Snap, making it esay for  Günther von Rinnstein to score in T1. 0-1!
The elves seemed angerd by this, Glorin Shaitlurien badly hurt Plump Klempner in their first block in their T1. In T2 Eldrich Moonstealer made a Long Pass to Maradriel Gaylord- 1-1!
In T3 Günther von Rinnstein managed 3 Go For It's- 1-2!
In T4 Maradriel Gaylord failed a G.F.I, giving away the ball to Ratten Kameraten. In T6 Lothar von Rinnstein made a quick pass to Mann Manfred von Gülle, increasing the lead to 1-3. The fans seemed angered however, beacause in the next drive an empy beer can filled with stones badly hurt Mann Manfred von Gülle who was still celebrating his touch down. The elves seemed inspired too, K.O.ing Michael Maus.
In T7 Sluht Outh managed to break free from two rats and scored. This rookie, playing his first game, is something to look up for! The lead is reduced to 2-3.
In the final turn in the first half the elves kicked off pitch, giving away the ball to Vetle Werfer. He made a pass to Günther von Rinnstein, who in turn scored again, ending the first half 2-4 in favor of Ratten Kameraten.
In the 2nd half the rats had to kick first. In T2 Zûriel Mightyhand scored. 3-4!
In T2 the elves kicked off pitch again... Günther von Rinnstein scored instantly after 3 G.F.I.s. 3-5!
The fans were angered, for some strange reason, som the Ref was killed.
In T3 two elves leapt through the rat's defenses, prepared for a touch down the following turn. In T4 they failed a hand over, however, som Vetle Werfer got hold of the ball, and passed it to Der Rattenführer who in turn was within scoring distance. 3-6!
In T7 the elves led a cage to scoring distance. Maradriel Gaylord reduced to 4-6. They kick the ball off pitch, for the 3rd time in a row...
In T8 Vetle Werfer made a Quick Pass to Der Rattenführer. He succeeded in a 2+ dodge, and settled the score to a record breaking 4-7 in favor of Ratten Kameraten.
Hannibal Hector was very pleased with his players performance and resistance to injuries. |
