What an amazing game this was today. A rematch from monday, when the rats caught a close win. The ogres learned fast, and although the attention span started slow in the first few rounds, the boneheaded fellows started to grasp the tactics later, in the second half.
Perhaps due to the assistance of the White Dwarf, who whispered secrets of play.
This saw the ogres stop the rats attack, playing to a draw in the first half.
Second half the ogres started with a blitz, but could not get the full potential, due to a failed dodge.
Then when the rats caged up, Emil, the cultist dodged into the cage, aided by the white dwarf, freeing the ball. If it was not for some amazing dodging play by rat number 7, who made 7 dodges, pickup and 2 GFI's to touchdown, this amazing feat might have won the ogres the game.
The rats were running out of players, half of which were removed by their own rat ogre, and could not prevent the Exhale big guy from lumbering in a draw late second half. |
