It seemed to be quite a good match for the changers of games. They scored quickly, then managed to hit Clint Eastwood in the head with a thrown horror. Sending him off the pitch, right to the apothecary tent.
Then they stole, and ran the ball outside of blitz range.
It would have been a horrendous half for the elves, unless their coach prayed to muffle for all manner of lucky streaks. And this is what he did.
Woody Harroldson were chain-pushed into range to touch the ball. Allowing for a single gfi, if the ball-carrying pink horror were to blitz.
This play did please nuffle, and as such, the gfi failed.
After some panicked wriggling, the elves were again in possession of the ball, while the opposition busied themselves stomping on Leader Sutherland who was laying on the ground. But it was all in the woodland favour, now. The Lord of change kept refusing to blitz anyone for the rest of the game.
1-1 first half, turned into 3-1 second half. The changers seeing plenty of failed blocks, dodges and activation rolls. |
