Yes, it seems so. If I didn't know better I'd think they'd reconsidered tricking the rather dim Saurus ... well, the kick is aimed towards the middle of the Jungelfeber half and...

Yellow seems a little nervous when picking up the ball, but he finally get's a hold of it, but the offence is disturbed enough to entise a failed block and give the Sybarites back their momentum.»
Right, just one thing, Skip, lizards are cold-blooded, they aren't prone to feelings, much like ex-wives. It's not nervousness that makes them slip, it's the fact that they enjoy soaking in the swamps before the games.

Yes, but it could also be tactical acumen, the lizards are much worse in handling the ball, especially in tight spots.

Their offence move slow, though, and the lone witch-elf on the right flank is tackled by several lizards. And there's a sneaky skink trampling the tackled witch-elf amidst a protective screen of teammates, Abigail Fellate seems stunned by the attention.
«Right, a short pass can't and change of direction can't seem to fix the Sybarites' offence that seem like it's run into a rut.»
Yes, the offence dwindles down into a trot. Maybe their just content that they will receive in the second half?

Yes, most of the spectators are lizardmen fans, so it seems like they're the one's behind this hooliganism.

Anyways, the Salacious Sybarites's offence seem much better, a quick pass quickly bring the ball forward and they really start to lay the hurt onto the lizards.

Right. The Sybarite offence move slow, but tight, a few blocks is tried, but some quick passing leaves the skinks stranded. The Sauruses aren't in the game at all.
«And there's the touchdown, just when it seems the lizards get their defence going, the agile Abigail Fellate get's the honour of blocking and dodging her way to equalize the score!»
The fans cheer for both teams, as the lizards receive with two players short on the elves. There's E'Bolaz trampling the leg of poor Obadiah Blower, and that's a nasty injury!

Yes, and the skinks superior movement means that they are severly threathening the Sybarites' defence, which is still tight. Oh, there's a tackle on Pox, who's carried off pitch with a serious injury. The skinks still have possession and it seems they will push for a 'last-minute TD'.
«Yes, but the ball is free, with many Sybarites in the area... but the mighty Kroxigor smashes an elf onto the ball, the ball bounces and is picked up by Aaron Vaccine!»
Yes, that will stop the Jungelfeber's offence. The game dies down and I think I'll give the MVP to skink number 5; Tse-Tse for his determination to sprint the ball in on two occasions. The Salacious Sybarites's MVP goes to Neriah Downer , for his heroic efforts of self-sacrifice in tying up skinks and beeing instrumental in the last-ditch defence that ensured a draw.
