Rats set the pace of the game by rolling double skulls on the first throw of the match. Refused to heed Nuffle's judgement in favor of the Horned Rat, and proceeded to fail a 2+ pass as well. Burning two rerolls before the game had even started.
The Labrats somehow retrieved the ball, and got into scoring position, but rolled another set of double skulls on a greedy two-die just-in-case-of-spp block.
A random Scrat(6) ran the ball out of reach of any filthy man-lings turn 7. Allowing a turn 8 td.
This caused a riot, and the ref turned the clock back a turn giving the amazons the one extra turn needed to score. Luckily the rats had just enough players to set up a pillar defense, but the amazons lucky number 7 did not even notice this, as she dodged throuigh 4+, 4+, 3+ and took a gfi to equalize in the last round of first half.
The ref obviously suspected some foul play, and beat up a random amazon just in case.
On this next drive the amazons decided to stall in the far corner, but was quickly surrounded by a gaggle of rats. Scrat got the ball after the carrier failed a dodge out of her predicament, and ran straight to scoring position. Out of reach of any blitz. One dodge was all that was in the way of a score, but Nuffle said no. Giving the rats another snake eyes on the dice. Ending the match in a grim draw. |
